PAYMENT EMBARRASSMENT
I went to the Bouganville Branch on Friday 18th June 2021. I wanted to purchase some goods to the total value of R 187.00. I produce an R200 note in order to pay the invoice amount. The woman behind the till/counter informed me that this Company does not take R200 notes for payments. I WAS VERY EMBARRASSED, tolding the lady that I've just withdraw the cash from the ATM outside. She persisted that she is not allowed to take the money. I can pay with other money (R100, R50, etc. ) BUT NOT WITH AN R220 NOTE. I ask the women if she thinks that the R200 note is falsely, on which she answerd me "I don't care, we do not take R200 notes from customers" I WAS A REGULAR CUSTOMER AT THIS BRANCH - I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO ANY OF THIS COMPANY'S BRANCHES. If the company does not give me an official appologies (NOT FROM THE WORKER - BUT FROM THE CEO) - replying from this writing, I will take this matter futher !! Kind Regards Jan

The silent money collectors
On Sep 30, 2019, 9:58 PM I entered my request to the council (in writing) for revising my water account due to the water-line broken inside the meter box. A LOT OF WATER WAS WASTED TILL THE METER WAS REPLACED. Seems they want to keep me responsible for the water spillages!! The "silent treatment" is not accepted to me. The council didn't even bother to reply/answer my email - since now!! I think they do not even deserve a 1 star (can you please make room in your ratings for NO star)

Misleading advertising of the 0% alcohol beer.
The beer do have alcohol in it. IT DOES NOT MATTER WHAT THE PERCENTAGE IS - THE POINT IS - IT DOES CONTAIN ALCOHOL IN IT !!! The front label indicates "ALCOHOL FREE" (It's a lie) What part of "FREE" does the Company not understand !! Marketing wordings is still LIES and also MISLEADING. Even if the argument is that it's a very small portion / Volume. Would the Company's' Board Of Directors please join me for an cup of tea, on my account ! I will then serve them 125ml tea-cups with 0.03% urine/vol in each cup. Will they still enjoy the tea as much ? Please - I humbly invite them, I will also throw in some nice cakes and cookies - without any percentage of urine inside. I'm anxiously awaiting your reply and cannot wait to read your blown-up Marketing excuses for misleading the public, in order to make money and enrich yourselves on lies.
