Bad Service, still in the warehouse (or maybe on the beach)

They don't even deserve a one star. Any - stars around to pass on to this bad (Oops I meant "NO SERVICE" company) My supplier send a parcel to me. Door to door couriers collected the parcel on Friday. Monday we asked the couriers and they promised to deliver before the end of the day, Today is Tuesday. They promised again that they will deliver with there first delivery. The parcel was collected in Durban and is still with the driver in Durban. It's now already after 12 and the driver said he will deliver it day. How late I am asking with no reply. He is in the warehouse since this morning and still no delivery. The driving distance is less than 2,5 hours from point A to B. I could have collected the parcels myself !!!! This is the worst couriers. They should stop talking **** and get in that bakkie to start deliver. Yes we all know that Durban is so nice with holidaymakers, but it's time to get your butt off that beach and start to work, come on it's not so hard to drive!!!
