City Hospital should turn to a government hospital. The staff is very unprofessional and *********** from the nurses, kitchen staff, and cleaners. I had the worst experience ever, I hope I'm never referred to that hospital again if ever I would rather go elsewhere.

We are dying of hunger in this hospital they dish up small portions ,breakfast is held qt 9h00 we cant even take our chronic medication that are due before 9,that small portion of supper is served as early as at 17h00 then at 20h00 we are offered tea n 1 biscuit till we have breakfast the following day at 9h00 ,i will never advice anyone to ho to this hospital because they will die of hunger

When you sick and you want to be healed and fast this hospital is the best I was there for a week and I was served like queen from Mr Gumede who was doing night shift to sister Zwane at ICU surgical ,Mr Ruben Dr Ntola and Dr nooddly being there was a blessing never new there are places like this that still exist in south africa.big up guys you really are doing dogs work

My son was sick in November the doctor who discharged us was so rude and ***********! She did not even touch my child! When i reported to other nurses she said what am i complaining about today? I mean who does that! She shouted at me as if im her kid!!! I don't know it's doctor who, shes a muslim. I dont know if she didn't want to work that day or not. Thought they done. Well they never sent invoices for my fiancee and now they demanding money from him? Why is that? When he went to them! Soo mad!!

I hope Peter isn't working there at front desk in the EMS. Horrible person and bypass any human equity and their management doesnt even know another person of colour.i was not in good mental state, that man turned me twice between 2 business days not giving me a clear explanation. DR Nkushubane's assistant ended up helping me. MLU is a blessing. But that nonsense of a hospital doesn't deserve that psychiatrist!!!

I hope Peter isn't working there at front desk in the EMS. Again I have to write my experience because a Whole organization that deals with humans and Department of health has biased, ********* and again I say ****** facility. First of all your Casulty front desk staff PETER PILLAY is the most horrible human being and I don't believe there is any ****** person I have come across in 2024. He is ******, he spoke to my cousin, (Mind you is an African black) and then Peter Pillay "indian", that is one of the reasons he is not facing any discipline because he is Indian and I believe JMH is an organization that is run by Indians, hence they are not at all taking me serious because I a black African in my country of origin, who pays tax and a law abiding citizen. A lot of people need jobs and he is still employed by the Coty Hospital and logged because I saw he was the employee of the Month??? How can he be an employee of the month when he turned back a patient that needed medical help. And don't tell me about your useless procedure. That supervisor called once, I called back he was in a meeting. Which is pure lies. I am strongly disappointed and dispute the fact that my medical aid will want to associate themselves with ****** individual in the year of 2024. Again I say, Peter Pullay is ******s and should be dismissed because he does not follow hospital procedure, he helps using colour of the skin. Disappointed enough I was assisted by a lovely man in reception who Peter had no time of day to assist because he is a ****** disgusting human Actually the whole organization is DISGUSTING. DURDOC, CITY HOSPITAL and anything Associated with JMH. Do not call me, email me. You definitely have my details because I was one of your patience not so long ago, being treated for Depression. Black people have been oppressed so much that another Indian?? I don't even know what he thinks he is in South Africa? My original country that was evaded by all sorts of races. I am treated like a ****, a person who cannot pay when looking for help. I would rather die than be treated by that awfully disgusting place. Yes I went to school and Got one of the best education In one of the biggest University in South Africa. Again Remove him or I will lay a complaint everyday with the department of health which will put anything and any one in scrutiny. I hate writing these things but you have to hear what we have to say because you are responsible of the image of the be hospital. Hate hate hate hate hate that place.

As per previous communication via email, nobody in the facility has called me. I don't think Peter Pilay should still be in the front row of the business. If the JHM cannot carry the investigation because he is one of theirs. I will definitely take it to department of health and I will make sure he is not employable. He is a vile, ******, ********* and inconsiderate individual. AGAIN he ******. ****** in 2024. Please get back to me or I will speak to my lawyers about this so we can take a legal suit. Maybe then I will be taken serious

Peter in Front desk, is not nice staff member and super biased, *********. He chased me back on the 12 of July, lost and looking for Mental health assistance with a written referral. May the higher management of JMH investigate him. Trust me, I am not the only outer sider considering that. Very ****** I must add, and not professional at all. My MD called him, everything seems to be okay. On the 13 July after 19:30. To my return on the 14th July [Mind you that's another R100 in this economy] He stated he never spoke to my doctor. A BIG lie which may land the hospital in legal disputes because of an uneducated, *********, biased Casulty receptionist(CASUALTY PETER) . This is not the first and last. I will continue raising awareness to the other Patients that would like to be assisted in CITY.
