Unprofessionalism
At the Gateway Mall branch, consultant Kerry Ferera displayed unprofessional behavior, coming across as rude and having a poor attitude. Based on this conduct, she does not seem suited to working with people.

Worst experience
City Hospital should turn to a government hospital. The staff is very unprofessional and *********** from the nurses, kitchen staff, and cleaners. I had the worst experience ever, I hope I'm never referred to that hospital again if ever I would rather go elsewhere.
