electricity service for tenant denied cause the property owner is in areas electricity service for tenant denied cause the property owner is in areas. for 18 month i live in a place in edenvale and had every month disconnection notice . now the council took the whole circut breaker out and i have no power thou i pay my consumption. the council is not prepared to get in contact with ower and me as tenant cant get hold of owner either non responsive. what can i do?
