Frustrated by the city joburg municipality and their Ombudsman

I have a query with the city of Johannesburg with reference number *** which was logged in June 2025 and to date is has not been resolved. I then esscalated it to the city of Johannesburg Ombudsman in February 2026 and a lady by the name of Geninya Mokoena responded and gave me a reference number MNL26/Macozoma94 and she advised that my query has been referred to Donald Mgimeti to investigate and that was beginning of March 2026. I have followed up with both Donald and Geninya several times but none of them respond.

I had high hopes that my query would resolved since the city of Johannesburg is failing me and yet they keep on sending me statements expecting me to pay but refuse to resolve my query of being billed incorrectly.
