5 years no change

We moved into our house in 2021, just before we moved in they stole the power cables city power came after 3 or 4 days to fix it. We then had supply issues as the voltage was to low and I lost a washing machine. They made a temp fix and said we will come back on Monday and they never came. Ever since we are sitting without power at least 3 to 4 times a month especially during winter. We have asked in person at the Brixton depot as myself and my neighbour have the same issue. The house across the street over loads the system then we are all going off. In just the last 2 months we had no power over easter weekend it came back the Wednesday as the school's started, then over the freedom day weekend no power, during the next week no power again, on Sunday last week it went off again and power quality since then has been poor and guess what it went off again yesterday afternoon and it should take them at least a day or two to come and fix it. This is an amount of +/-130 calls logged on the city power force link over the span of 5 years for the same thing. We will fix it on Monday or the next day and it is never done. I feel that as a paying customer they should fix my power. There are so many people that are not paying a cent and yet they always have power no matter what. 

Please help 3 washining machines in 5 years is no joke!!!
