On Friday 23rd June 2023 I went to the Kempton Park branch for assistance with the window and lights only. Instead I was subjected to rude and disrespectful service, poor communication skills, demanded a fee or nor given car but my helpful insurance assisted and my vehicle was released then I was given a R22000 quote and upon leaving that place my vehicle began a sudden jerking and struggle on 5th gear. Bear in mind my car was mechanically sound and only required the window and light to be sorted but suddenly there is faults amounting to R22000 and car is problematic. Considering the other reviews, the rudeness of the staff towards my husband and I and all that transpired from arrival till now I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE VISITING THAT PLACE. They need to be honest, genuinely be considerate of clients and their vehicles and not have hidden ulterior motives and have the decency to treat all customers fairly and respectfully irrespective of color, race and status.

<br> In the course of 2015 I had two major service/repair jobs done at your Eloff Street franchise.<br> <br> I drive a Nissan Grand Livina, 2008 model.<br> <br> In April 2015 I had the front wheel bearings replaced. Now less than one year later they need to be replaced as they have given in. This is unacceptable as bearings should last far longer than a year, if quality parts are used and the workmanship is of an adequate standard. <br> <br> In November I had the airconditioner compressor unit replaced, as it had seized. The cost of this repair was R19000. I am not satisfied with the quality of workmanship as the airconditioner does not deliver the degree of coldness that it did prior to the repair.<br> <br> City Service Centre refuses to divulge the make of part used, claiming that they cannot divulge proprietory documents. They also take no responsibility as the guarantees have lapsed. <br> <br> I would strongly suspect that pirate or inferior parts are used as what they installed is not a state secret. <br> <br> In the light of this I would not recommend City Service Centres to anyone.

I had a problem with my vehicle about a month ago and decided to take it to City Service Centre Table View.<br> <br> Well what a mistake that was! My vehicle was NOT fixed properly, (even though it was there for 3 days) because 2 weeks ago the same problem occurred. I then had to pay for my vehicle to be towed and because of the towing it was in an accident. <br> <br> On returning my vehicle to the City Service Centre in Table View I have had nothing but problems! The Branch Manager has such an attitude problem with no customer service skills and very little experience in fixing vehicles! <br> <br> My vehicle was taken in Wednesday 25/03/15 and I still do not have it back. What should have been a 3 day job has turned in to over a week. There is absolutely NO feedback from the branch manager and they broke a part on my vehicle which they are now charging me for replacing!!<br> <br> I tried calling the customer service line at their head office and I could not get through. I then sent an email to the national customer services email address and I got NO feedback! <br> <br> I would NO recommend City Service Centre Table View to ANYONE
