Useless refund system . I was on holiday in Cape Town from Johannesburg . Table Mountain was closed on the day that we were meant to go up . I coulnt re-shedule , so could only sent the refund request as soon as I got back to Johannesburg . It took their offices a couple of days to respond , and i was told that the vouchers expired? What a bulls*@t excuse!!!Useless...i am now forced to use my attorney to get my money back .

I bought 4 tickets for table mountain on sunday in Cape town unfortunately due to weather Table mountain was closed. I called their customer care on sunday and monday. I even sent them a request for refund but ever since sunday I never received any feedback from them. Its like they are refusing to refund my money.

This serves to express my utter disappointment with City sightseeing. On the 30 of December 2023, I was meant to have taken a coach from V&A to Franschhoek but was told that I was late and the coach had already left me. Which meant that I had to incur alot of charges for an Uber to Franschhoek as suggested by your agents. The tickets said that the bus leaves at 9:00 am on the morning with a disclosure to arrive at the V&A 10Minutes before. I arrived before 9 am and I don’t understand why the coach leaves before the time it is meant to be leaving. I arrived to the counter at 08:54 which is before the departure time that is 9 am. I had send an email regarding this incident, there has never been any acknowledgment of the email . We had to incur Uber costs to get to Franshhoek. I decided to write this review after seeing a similar experience of a black person on Tik-Tok. I have reason to believe that this was racial motivated. How sad that we must be treated like dogs in our country!!. Kindly note this doesn’t apply to the wine tasting in Franshhoek, we had a fantastic time there.

I enjoyed exploring our beautiful city and I will suggest the bus to all my friends as well. I want to take my scholars on the bus but it is too expensive for them seeing that we are a no-fee school. Luckily I saw on their website that part of their CSI program it would be possible to take my scholars. I have email them, called, emailed again... It has been more than a week and nobody has made contact with me. Do not pronote your CSI program on your site if you do not have the intention to follow through. Your company is quick to use celebrities to gain media exposure but you can not offer your service to the communities around you like promised on your website.

Good day Trust this email finds you well I had an awful experience with Sightseeing Cape Town bus CE5, the tour guide and driver was just unpleasant. There was no welcome nor departing friendly experience that I looked for. I went on the wine tour with a few girlfriends of mine on the 25th Sep, the tour guide and driver was so unpleasant to be around and unprofessional to say the least. The CE5 - Tour guide seem to make us ladies feel like we were a problem from Jo'burg and kept making unnecessary remarks to make it clear. The driver let anyone sit in his driver’s seat whilst stationary and that is just plain dangerous in this unpreceded covid times level 2 times. The tour guide kept talking nonstop I really thought the bus would be more engaging but he's endless stories that left half of the bus asleep or just repeating the same information as what the vintners would say. His talks was really not inspiring nor was it educational at times. He always made us seem like we needed to rush somewhere hurriedly and he didn’t let us know what the itinerary was beforehand at the start of the tour it was like he was just making things up in his head and he just would let us know a few min before a stop that we would need to be back in the bus a certain time and not in African time - my experience was not enjoyable to be rushed. Then have little time to shop around the small towns like Franshoek there was no traffic in enroute to the Stellenbosch so there was no traffic especially on a public holiday than any other day I would understand the rush, the last stop at the Simonsig Wine farm I placed my wine on the top compartment of the upper level of the bus. The driver took off in an unusual speed and took a sharp left turn making my winebox slid off the top crashing to down to the floor breaking two of the 3 bottles I bought. The tour guide made me feel so attacked , he advised that he was only stopping because some other tourist forgot their phone and it was not his nor the drivers fault to let the riders or tourist know where to place wine securely in the bus especially at back of the bus where I thought it was the safest in the top compartment so no-one sits or steps on it. He hastily advised to let me know that I should've known better than to place it there. I told him had the driver not took off in awkward way and take the turn is such a speed the box wouldn't have flew off the top part of the bus. The bus driver didn’t speak to me like he was flabbergasted and the tour guide just took the broken wine bottles from me and advised that I have a few min to walk back to the wine estate the either go buy more wine out of my pocket. He just threw out the broken bottles before I could explain myself like it didn’t matter what I had to say. He let me walk all the way back to Simonsig wine shop and the shop attendees were astonished by my return , I advised what happened and they were shocked by the tourguide’s attitude towards me so I spend another R200+ for wine bottles that we crushed by the drivers sharp turn. When we arrived back at the waterfront the driver was too busy to talking up the other ladies from the bus to greet us all a farewell and the tourguide just merely walked away without a word even a thou he looked straight by me with some disgust in his eyes he just walked straight past me , whilst making some eye contact. I really would not recommend anyone to go on this Big red bus of hell CE5 was the worst . I really had a horrible experience.
