Ive recently tried to lodge a complain at the Council of Debt Collectors and the National Credit Regulator for a companu called Ack and Assosiates , only to find that no one has ever complained about them . After my complaint was sent to the above company's , I got a resonse from a lady in finance at Duvesco . I only then realised that Duvesco , the company that responded to mail that i sent to the Credit Regulator , is actually in the same office as ACK , the company that I complained about? And the person that responded to my complaint was someone from Finance? I am actually now going legal , as my case is just going in circles . If anyone else has a complaint at the regulator , make sure you rather go legal , because there is no help out there .
Ive been to Life Florida when my daughter fell at school , and while I am with Affinity Healt , everything needs to be approved before anything can be done . THere is one nurse who works there , who speaks to your medical aid on your behalf , and then comes back to tell me that they will cover all the costs , only to be told about 2 weeks later , that they didnt cover anything . Now im sitting with legal letters from a Cape Town based company , Ack and Associates , while they threaten me to pay something that I never aggreed to . So , that nurse who works for the above mentioned doctors is a thieving , misleading person who probably works on earning a percentage as she has knowingly put me into debt . I will not pay , and will be persuing the legal route . What out for this Drs van Rensburg .
Useless refund system . I was on holiday in Cape Town from Johannesburg . Table Mountain was closed on the day that we were meant to go up . I coulnt re-shedule , so could only sent the refund request as soon as I got back to Johannesburg . It took their offices a couple of days to respond , and i was told that the vouchers expired? What a bulls*@t excuse!!!Useless...i am now forced to use my attorney to get my money back .
A lady called Judith refused to even acknowledge us at the Keywest branch. When a Co worker heard me speaking to her and she started laughing, she all of a sudden said something in Xhosa, which I understood. I will require her to apologize to me, otherwise I will be releasing a video of her on Facebook. I will also open and case against her for being a ******. Same video....
If anyone considerers using Discovery Insure , please be aware that they sell your personal information . I used to be a client , until i left them , and moved to Santam . Next moment , i got a call from Matrix , where the sales agent told me he got my details from Discovery . That call was recorded . Now , discovery responded to my first complain , but said that Matrix is wrong ,and that they would give out my details . But they refrain to answer on how Matrix knew I was a client? I need to know who my attorney can contact as I am tired of this now .
Bought a "3 Second Water Heater" from Takealot , which exploded 3 seconds after turning it on . The thing comes with a shower rose , however , the 3 seconds they refer to , is not :ready after 3 seconds , no its ONLY 3 SECONDS OF WATER. Not sure how it would work , as the water comes out BOILING!!And not just water , but steam , thats how hot it gets , and thats why it exploded . My complain , is that they just refund the product , not the R50 delivery that I had to pay . Nonsense Service
I used to be a client of Discovey Insure , and left them more than 4 months ago . Part of my reason was that , no one will ever recieve cash back with their app , and also , to get through to them , you have to enter your ID number , for which they penalise you when you use your phone while diving . But , i got a phonecall from Matrix Tracker , and found out that Discovey Insure has sold my number to them . Can anyone assist me with the rigth procedure to sue them ? It took me 4 hours of phonecalls as they keep n dropping the call when I explain to them my problem . I will also go to their Sandton office next week to make my point .
I bought a washing machine with them at the Strubensvalley branch . Even though i was quite hesitant to go to Hirch's as Ive had terrible service at the Hyde Park branches . But the Stubensvalley branch , definatly worth the visit! Well done to the staff...
Useless...cant answer their phones . Even the people at the call centre , who keeps transferring you to the Strubensvalley branch , is pathetic . I can see that the government has a stake in Makro , because no one can take responsibility anymore . But , at least , with their incompetence , I went to Hirch's and spent R25 000 with them .
They are the first debit order to go down every month , but when it comes time to claim back (on their instructions) , they will never respond . Its now more than a month for them to assist or refund me . Useless .......
