Thieving Staff Members at Dr Van Rensburg offices .
Ive been to Life Florida when my daughter fell at school , and while I am with Affinity Healt , everything needs to be approved before anything can be done . THere is one nurse who works there , who speaks to your medical aid on your behalf , and then comes back to tell me that they will cover all the costs , only to be told about 2 weeks later , that they didnt cover anything . Now im sitting with legal letters from a Cape Town based company , Ack and Associates , while they threaten me to pay something that I never aggreed to . So , that nurse who works for the above mentioned doctors is a thieving , misleading person who probably works on earning a percentage as she has knowingly put me into debt . I will not pay , and will be persuing the legal route . What out for this Drs van Rensburg .

Shocking Billing Incompetence and Charges for X-rays
Disgusting Billing Services!! I am disgusted at the incompetence of Dr van Rensburg & Partners Radiology services in handling my account before a proper check was made. Within a day, you started threatening legal action without giving the patient any notice beforehand to respond. All documents from the referring doctor's note to authorisation and co-payment were made before I went for a scan at Flora Hospital! Besides having to pay a co-payment on top of this, it is shocking to see what is charged for simple X-rays by your company. I give them 0 stars It's not the first time either...

Disgusting Billing Services!! I am disgusted at the incompetence of Dr van Rensburg & Partners Radiology services in handling my account before a proper check was made. Shoddy Service and Incorrect Billing
Shoddy service deluxe. Overcharges, incorrect billing, kept holding on the phone to accounts for 11 minutes, no answer, tried calling the Wilgeheuval Practice. The receptionist is on holliday - she could not find the practice manager. With this letharly imagine if you have an emergency?

Fourways Life Radiology - Disrespectful towards Woman!!!
My wife was made to feel completely stupid for coming to have a mammogram at the age of 35, even though she is extremely high risk for breast cancer! Absolutely rude and disgusting behaviour from the receptionist, nurses and the doctor himself! Stay clear if you can…

I had to go for a back xray at flora clinic but because I am not allowed to drive that far and cause my wife has to work I arrange to come to fourways life for the xray. Last time the xray was R690 and I borrowed that amount. So as a pensioner with no income I get charged R809 and feel us older generation qualify for discount. We do not work and do not have a income but just got to pay up and shut up. Money seems to be everything to the businesses no matter at the cost to me.
