Drivers attitude

I was travelling from Nelspruit to O.R Tambo and we had to stop in Belfast to pick up a lady, that’s when I nicely asked the driver if I could grab my suitcase so I can get my jersey because I was feeling cold in the bus. The driver immediately went off at me and started shouting at me saying I should be more organised and should’ve taken my jersey before departure. I tried explaining to him that I didn’t want to have to ask for him to switch off the AC because that would be selfish and he continued to say it’s not cold. I was in such disbelief but instead I just went ahead and grabbed my own suitcase because I was COLD. He was so irritated and that’s when I decided to write a formal complaint against him to City Bug which has gone very quiet.

Honestly don’t see myself getting on City bug or recommending it to anyone EVER.
