I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the ongoing electricity outage affecting my residence at Rabie Ridge . The power has been off since Monday 4am until today Friday , and despite multiple reports and follow-ups, the supply has still not been restored.
The prolonged outage has caused significant inconvenience and financial loss. Due to the extended period without electricity, the food in my refrigerator and freezer has spoiled, resulting in avoidable waste and additional expense. It is unacceptable that no clear communication, restoration timeline, or support has been provided during this outage. I should not even be rating Eskom at all. We get useless and one announcement that they are working on it. How ****** ridiculous , pathetic and ***********.
