Very Bad service

I had a credit with City Slicker and purchased a salon voucher and then there was still money left on my credit.When I wanted to make a booking for the voucher they told me the company doesn't exist anymore.I send an e-mail to City Slicker and received an automated message back with an e-mail address to send the queries to.I have been sending numerous e-mails but no response. Its really unacceptable that we get these kind of companies that conning the people
