I went to Bergman Rusten partners on the 19th of June for a MRI of my head and ne ck. The lady that came to fetch me said they going to inject some dye for the angiogram but they never did so and I don't know how they did the angiogram yet I paid .I was lying boxed in fir an hour while MRI was done .Once it was done, the one lady said i must wait she will be back. She came back and said I can get up." If you've been lying on your back for so long ,it's difficult to get up at a click of a finger.I asked if they could assist me to sit up,which they did. When I was sitting up ,they wanted me to get up and put my shoes on felt dizzy .In the meantime they were taking the disposable sheet off on both sides in a hurry for me to get up.They said I must get up and walk down the two steps infront of the bed which was high and put on my shoes.They did not even attempt to assist me or helping me to put my shoes on,they were having their own conversation. The one asked if she could call someone to come fetch me on the second floor. I dressed me and went to the front and there was no sign of any of them nor did they come check to see if I'm OK while dressing me. I don't understand why people are placed in positions concerning sick people and treat them if they are a garment and not a hu.an being.
Customers please be aware when shopping on Temu I placed several orders with Temu,paid for taxes and import duties and the products are of poor quality. I just only now added the items of the products I purchased and found that the "free" items I paid for cause it's included in the total I paid. The item prices in the cart does not add up to the amount I was charged for.When I logged it with Temu I was told all the items are charged even the one's thats free and then a discount is added and shipping fee even though it shows that the shipping is free. When you want to return the items the the amount is put on credit and not to the original payment method. Some of the description of the items does not correspond with the physical items. I am extremely furious that I have been so mislead by Temu Company. This is *****.
I have purchased 2 pairs of sneakers on the 5 August, received order number but did not get the sneakers not any communication with regards to delivery. I whatsapp, called and e-mails but no response from the company. This is extremely poor customer service
I purchased two pairs of sneaker for my twins in the beginning of August 2023 ,received order number, no tracking number nor other correspondence. I called the number I found on the internet, whatsapp and send e-mails but no response. Is this a real website or not.
I purchased goods for an occasion and the delivery date that was on the screen was before i needed the goods.I completed the purchase and then the dates changed to after the date that I needed the goods.I asked if I could cancelled the order and was told that they would deduct 50% of the price of the sale.Thet said the goods was purchase to be made but there was nothing like that on the page where the items were selected. This is insane and not customer service that they deducted a charge you 50% and I have not received the stock.
I am very dissapointed in the service and the treatments received from wikideals.I purchased voucher as a gift for my friend on her birthday and the service was soo pathetic and they did not get all the treatments that was listed.When they asked about the other treatments on the list,they were told its not part of the deal but yet its on the voucher. I was so embarrassed when she told me about it.I sent several emails, sent proof of voucher more than twice to Wikidesls and Casusrina but no resolution to my query nor consolation.

When you request a ride ,they deduct the money before a driver is assigned to you. On several occasions the amount that you see when you do the requests not the amount they deduct or sometimes they will deduct the money and later that same day deduct a different amount as well.I have logged a call on the app and the response was that they put a hold on the money (yet the money is deducted) thats why it increased which is fraud.
The order I placed took so long without letting me know that the parcel will be late. Eventually when it was received I discovered one of the fragrances that was ordered was not included and nobody notified me that I will not be getting the fragrance. Send several e-mails no response , called but no answer.
Good day I had two watches in my basket at R1999each and other items,put the transaction through then the app timed out. I had to go to dobtge checout again only to gind ggat tge watches price has increased to R2199.In the same time thepre was a message for 20% off sitewide.The transaction went though but the 20% was not deducted from all the items.I sent a complaint and was told the watches is new stock and the 20% was not for all products.
