I have ordered sneaker last year 26 October. they forever said they will refund m until now no refund. I send they can give m other sneakers that they have. still nothing That welle official is Big ****. they **** innocent people who trusted them with they're money

Paid Welle Official, no delivery no response -demand refund under CPA
I purchased shoes from Welle Official online, but they never delivered my order. Despite repeated attempts to contact them, they do not reply to emails or messages. This is unacceptable. I demand a full refund under the Consumer Protection Act. If they continue to ignore me, I will escalate this matter to the National Consumer Commission and the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud.

since I being complaining about my purchase at Welle Official to date I never received my refund they always says today today. so they **** me my R4140 just like that. dont even be tempted to purchase at Welle Official they **** me my money. I will write at Facebook and tiktok to make people to be aware

I placed order on 27 November till now never received it. after a long communication with empty promises. so on Wednesday they said I must send my account for refund even said refund is 1_ 3 days. so now they're not answering my text even send email witb no luck I only need my R4000 refund the disappointed is big
