Pathethic delivery agents from takelot!
I ordered and paid for same day delivery, to be delivered at my work place where i never experienced delivery issues in the past. We close at 4pm as do most businesses, so they arrive at 4.58pm expecting to find someone to receive the order. Pathetic Service. On day 2 of having waiting the whole day for my order, they tell me after me having to call to follow up that there is a system error where my order is now going to be delivered the next day. From a same delivery (which i paid for) to a standard delivery of 3 days! They need to learn a thing or two from Zando. Delivery agents there are much more switched on and call before they deliver.

Braidlyn Facebook ads.
Came across an add today for reclining chairs (fabric with wooden legs). Though it would be an awesome buy, and proceeded to the website from Facebook. Found a few positive comments all from USA which I should have known was already a red flag. I proceeded to go and order two chairs. Put in all my details including credit card details to.conclude to order and purchase. The purchase went through immediately on my credit card, however on the actual site it says incorrect card details! I have contacted my bank to reverse this payment having now seen all the negative comments on this page. I have also reported the page on Facebook. Do not waste your time purchasing on this site, never experienced this issue before.
