I purchased a Hyundai Tuscon cash at end of February. Two days after I received the car I got stuck next to the road. I contacted City Wheels and they send out their mechanic to have a look but nothing was found wrong on the car. Two days later the same happened and when I contacted City Wheels was told that the car just needed a services. Were they not supposed to service the car before I took delivery of it? We did the service and had to pay R 2600 and still need to do the rest of the service which will be another R 3600. The car was advertised as a 2007 model but when I received it it stated on the windscreen 2006. There is problems with the central locking, cd player and the windscreen is cracked on my side of the windscreen. I will have to have all this done still. I now received the paperwork but it is not on my name, no road worthy was done. I have to do everything myself. Is the dealer not supposed to do all this for me??
