We bought a car here, and it gave problems from the start. We attempted to rectify all issues by ourselves (at own cost). 16 weeks after buying the car, the gasket blew as well!!. We are protected by the CPA - Consumer Protection Act, Section 56(2) where the dealership must take back the car and return our money. The dealer principal/owner refuses to be of any assistance, and he sends very unprofessional emails. BE WARNED about these people when thinking about buying a car. You'll have to get your lawyer ready, and we'll take this to the Ombudsman.

Do not make the same mistake I did. DO NOT buy any vehicle from this dealership. They only make promises and doesn't keep to it. I only saw the other reviews now, if I only knew with who I was dealing with :( wish there can be more trust worthy people and businesses.

I purchased a 2015 NP200 at an auction house a day before it was to go on auction for R122 000. The car was advertised as an excellent runner, it had a full service history at 57770 kms. After test driving the car which was very good. I paid for it and took for RWC. I drive the car daily because I purchased it for work purposes all around Pretoria. 2 weeks in, the car’s engine started making a funny noise. Took it to the Nissan Service Centre for diagnoses which was then scheduled for Monday (16/03/2020). But Sunday morning, the car’s engine started misfiring and a loud ticking noise could be heard from the engine. I decided to park the car and wait for the service report that was to be done the following day. The next morning I sent the car in, the mechanic noticed that the car had been in an accident which I was not made aware of. When he was done he gave me a report that one of the car’s cylinders had died which was the reason for misfiring and I had to be pay R21000.00 to have the engine stripped to be sent to one of the engineers and the could be a possibility that I might need a new engine. I am upset and frustrated because this was not what was sold to me. I was told the car is an excellent runner and had been regularly serviced. Please any advice you might have to help would be gratefully appreciated as now I am stuck without a car and work to earn a living to pay for my things.

I purchased a Hyundai Tuscon cash at end of February. Two days after I received the car I got stuck next to the road. I contacted City Wheels and they send out their mechanic to have a look but nothing was found wrong on the car. Two days later the same happened and when I contacted City Wheels was told that the car just needed a services. Were they not supposed to service the car before I took delivery of it? We did the service and had to pay R 2600 and still need to do the rest of the service which will be another R 3600. The car was advertised as a 2007 model but when I received it it stated on the windscreen 2006. There is problems with the central locking, cd player and the windscreen is cracked on my side of the windscreen. I will have to have all this done still. I now received the paperwork but it is not on my name, no road worthy was done. I have to do everything myself. Is the dealer not supposed to do all this for me??
