Great service. Had a fix at the branch and I'm ultimately very happy with the overall experience working with the staff. I was constantly updated with proper updates and also called with explanations of the work being done, that was then followed up with written confirmation. Lucian the consultant was extremely helpful and really gave a sense of comfort and assured that the car would be done on time, she has provides excellent communication. I arrived to a clean car, ready. The QC guy explained everything as well and just very professional. Overall brilliant service.
