Be warned

Left with my money and my building supplies. Charles Keyser is the contact person. Purchased marbelite from him for pool renovations. Supp**** an unknown brand (with his word as reference), and after having to redo pool twice(!) the colour was still blotchy and uneven. This cost me a lot of money in materials and labour. I contacted him to return the leftover marbelite bags which he collected from me and promised a refund. This was in December of last year. Ive contacted him numerous times with no refund forth coming. Would not recommend anyone doing business which such an ************* person.
