3rd June 2024 their client revist in to my car-
1.Im consistently needed ingredients to follow up and follow up.
2. The lady that I'm dealing with tells me I'm not her client (WOW)
3.I had to drive around looking for 3 quotation and some only last for 30days bearing in mind I also had to take Time of from my work day to to this.
4. The assessor came to check the car 24th June 2024 who was 20 mins late (but apologized and communicated) he told me that I would get feedback by the Friday or latest the Monday after the 24th June 2024.
6 .I then call the Tuesday and I'm told the dates are wrong the accident happened the 5th Of MAY 2024 AND NOW IM HIGHLY ANNOYING BECAUSE THIS HAPPEN THE 3RD JUNE 2024 SO NOW IM GIVEN A RUN AROUND AND THE FACT THAT IVE HANDED ALL THE DOCUMENTS IN AND AGAIN I THEN SEND THE ACCIDENT REPORT...
THIS COMPANY HAD LEFT ME WITH A WHOLE BAD EXPERIENCE; JUST BY THE FACT THAT I GET TOLD IM NOT THEIR CLIENT WOW IM SHOCKED
SADLY I WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT THIS YOU DONT CALL EXCELLENT.
What make me extremely annoyed is that this woman tells me I'm not her client and I must follow up YES FAIR IM NOT HER CLIENT BUT YOUR CLIENT
