Aggressive owner - stay clear or stay very quiet

Bad experience, aggressive owner. He wanted to rip me off (R295 to change a lightbulb). I knew this took under 5 minutes and when he heard I was unhappy about this cost, he immediately got aggressive and refused to do it....he said I could go to Kohler Motors down the road and they would charge double. So I went to Kohler Motors, it took their guy under 1 minute (start to finish), and when I asked the cost, they said it's free. Well done Kohler Motors!! Shame on you Claremont Fitment. The 1 star this owner gets is for recommending Kohler Motors to me and for the receptionist who was pleasant.
