Don’t waste your time or money
Oh how I wish I never met these people or brought my vehicle here. I had the roof and door lining of my car replaced. I’ve had problem after problem having them piece my car back together again as I discover faults and parts that have not been reinstalled or have been broken on the vehicle. It’s about a month after the installation and I’m still finding broken parts on my car. @Volkswagen refer to these guys, which for the life of me I’ll never understand.

Don’t waste your time or money
Oh how I wish I never met these people or brought my vehicle here. I had the roof and door lining of my car replaced. Aggressive owner - stay clear or stay very quiet
Bad experience, aggressive owner. He wanted to rip me off (R295 to change a lightbulb). I knew this took under 5 minutes and when he heard I was unhappy about this cost, he immediately got aggressive and refused to do it....he said I could go to Kohler Motors down the road and they would charge double. So I went to Kohler Motors, it took their guy under 1 minute (start to finish), and when I asked the cost, they said it's free. Well done Kohler Motors!! Shame on you Claremont Fitment. The 1 star this owner gets is for recommending Kohler Motors to me and for the receptionist who was pleasant.

Aggressive and threatening business owner
Shocking service provided by an inept and aggressive business owner who is very threatening and rude both to his staff and his customers. He will not accept that the work done at his business is shoddy. My fifth attempt to have his work REDONE, left me shaken. The previous four times had to be redone…. He accused me of lying about the initial damage that was done at a service dealership, and when I tried to de-escalate his ever growing aggression, I had to leave for fear of being assaulted. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS AND ITS OWNER.

Claremont Fitment Centre excellent service
This is an unsolicited endor*****t of the service provide by Claremont Fitment Centre, Claremont, Cape Town. I booked my car in for repairs to the bodywork in February 2022. The Team at Claremont Fitment Centre did excellent work on the repair and, in addition to the repair, cleaned and polished my car as if it were their own. They also provided a lift to the bank to sort out banking issues for payment of the services. A big, appreciative "thank you" to Raabiah, Adil, Ray and the rest of the team.

Claremont Fitment Centre excellent service

Unprofessional work ethics.
I booked my vehicle in with Claremont fitment centre for a dent removal and 2 side mirrors. My car stood at their centre for nearly 4 days. When we collected the vehicle the dent was removed but there was black marks and the 2 mirrors was sprayed a different color, and had a rough effect. We complained and it went back. They fixed it but there was a bubble on the 1 mirror. THE MANAGER ADIL said it can be polished so we need to bring car Saturday as the paint beneath is still wet. Now he says the mirror must be redone in convincing me as I need to the vehicle for work. He is paying hard-core saying we must drop vehicle and take a Uber back home. And he is only fixing what we complained about. The cheek if his ppl did a professional job in the first place there would not have been anything to complain about ... they are not worthy of being a registered RMI approved. They don't take care of your vehicle when it's standing at their workshop. My car also had paint spills on it.

Bad Service
Bad experience with them... they spray two tone colour on my wife's mirrors and it's not even professionally done.. poor service they not even getting back to me regarding their mess they made.. they are inconsistent and not advisable to take your car to them....

I too used Claremont fitment centre. I wanted bluetooth installed in my car and yes I went back twice while in the area. Gave my cell number twice. Nobody got back to me. Why,I don't know. Hopeless receptionist who doesn't know what a customer is and when to return a call and let the customer know. Oh well,they've just lost another customer. There are two places I can go who will hopefully give me better service. I simply wont go there again. I go past them often and simply drive on.
