Bad service
I went to AMC in Blue route mall and the consultant spoke about how brilliant AMC is. I wanted to know about the promotion of 2 pots with the free induction cooker. She promised that I would get the Cookbook and cleaner with even wrote it on my pamphlet. She arrived at my home without these products and said she would find out and let me know. Three days later I still havent heard from her. Now AMC customer services is saying that I must spend over R9600 to get the Cookbook. Where is the principal behind this. I was lied to just to get the sale. Don't believe anything these sales people tell you. These days its about the sale and not about customer loyalty... so disappointed.

Unprofessional work ethics.
I booked my vehicle in with Claremont fitment centre for a dent removal and 2 side mirrors. My car stood at their centre for nearly 4 days. When we collected the vehicle the dent was removed but there was black marks and the 2 mirrors was sprayed a different color, and had a rough effect. We complained and it went back. They fixed it but there was a bubble on the 1 mirror. THE MANAGER ADIL said it can be polished so we need to bring car Saturday as the paint beneath is still wet. Now he says the mirror must be redone in convincing me as I need to the vehicle for work. He is paying hard-core saying we must drop vehicle and take a Uber back home. And he is only fixing what we complained about. The cheek if his ppl did a professional job in the first place there would not have been anything to complain about ... they are not worthy of being a registered RMI approved. They don't take care of your vehicle when it's standing at their workshop. My car also had paint spills on it.
