On Bosch’s recommendation, I purchased a replacement foot for my Bosch top loader washing machine on 25 August. I was promised delivery within 2–3 weeks once payment was made. Despite providing all the necessary details — including photos, the serial number, partner number, and a full explanation — I am still waiting for my part.
Over the past eight weeks, I’ve received nothing but excuses and empty promises. No one ever follows up; I have to keep calling to find out what’s going on. After two months of relying on laundry services, I could have easily purchased a new machine instead.
This level of service is completely unacceptable and extremely disappointing — especially from a brand like Bosch.
