Moving in might not be that much of an issue but once you in??? You're in for a ride. The management of this agency and building sucks! Their landline never works, emails are barely ever responded to, WhatsApp messages are automated and getting help is a myth.

The invoices never make sense, you'll ask for clarity until you give up. They can never explain where these new amounts come from when they appear on your statements and you're left with negative statements cause they just wont clarify.

I don't know how much I've paid now begging and pleading for my water to be reconnected for over a month and no one is assisting.
