MOVE IN AT YOUR OWN RISK
Moving in might not be that much of an issue but once you in??? You're in for a ride. The management of this agency and building sucks! Their landline never works, emails are barely ever responded to, WhatsApp messages are automated and getting help is a myth. The invoices never make sense, you'll ask for clarity until you give up. They can never explain where these new amounts come from when they appear on your statements and you're left with negative statements cause they just wont clarify. I don't know how much I've paid now begging and pleading for my water to be reconnected for over a month and no one is assisting. IM TAKING THE LEGAL ROUTE, I HOPE THIS BUSINESS FALLS.

Services at Clark on kent
The place is good for students or people that just started working. The service from the care takers is amazing however, now that the building is full, the noise is uncontrollable. It is more of a student res and the units are not spacious.

The first day i got here i fell in love with the place. It it so beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. Mr Vukile and Mr Respect made it super comfortable to find the perfect room for me. Mr Respect showed me multiple rooms so i can choose the one that i l
