Poor service, one of the consultants called me on the 3 of February, asking me if I know how to use the emergency button and I said no I have gone through the app to fami****ise myself with it. The lady confirmed my my reg number since I had a temporary registration by then only to find she’s adding a new subscription on my account. Then later I was debit led R79,45 which bounced back. I called to cancel whatever service. I believe she was just pushing the target with me. Okay now um called daily, disturbed in my meetings, work schedules because of the R79,45 and I refuse to pay for it. I regret joining car tracker. I wish I went for other companies with agents that are clear, transparent and not receiving irritating calls. Worse part I pay my agreed premiums for what I picked for. They also have rude agents on WhatsApp and when I asked what is the R79,45 just said for arrears,you will be blacklisted, no explanation.
They have good communication skills, and very helpful in a timeously manner. I highly recommend it
I’m extremely disappointed about Nala apartment in Ferndale and their services. Every time it rains my unit gets flooded. I have sent emails thousands times complaining about the situation and let them know that if we are not around there will be damages. I have furniture that is at risk of being damaged. My fridge and washing machine are always floating on top of the water. I went home for holidays, I even had a blanket behind my door to limit water intrusion but when I came back I found that my unit was flooded and smelly because of water that rained and dried there, no one bothered to check. Before I left I went to inquire on the progress of addressing the issue I was told they are busy with it they’re still at block 2, now I came back to a door that is not closing because it is swollen of water. I am going to sleep with an open door. What about my furniture who will fix it. Imagine a fridge plug in under water for a prolong time. Worse service ever. I’m extremely disappointed ☹️ if the tiles and doors can be broken what about my furniture.
The school deserves a zero rating star. I refuse to believe that the school is properly registered with the Department of Education. Don’t even bother registering your kids there, from the rude principal and his wife who can’t take accountability of anything, when you raised concerns the first thing that they asked of is that you paid your school fees. I paid the school on time. Their curriculum is outdated they never updated their textbooks in line with CAPS, when I was purchasing the textbooks in January other parents were even shocked to see kids using Oxfords instead of Platinum textbooks. The school doesn’t follow the ATP to show that kids write exams in December because they chase financial interests more than the academic and the wellbeing of our kids. I asked why are they writing exams in December when there are no transport services picking up kids to school since all the schools in Ferndale have closed. They told me to compromise for my kid- uber for her, what about her safety, with which money? She’s a girl child. All they care is to delay academics so that parents who didn’t pay the school fees can cover it up . What about us who paid on time? Their school curriculum only focuses on a classroom learning experience no diversity. In January we were given a list of stationary, not even in a single day, my kid came and said we have a project to submit, in a world where kids are encouraged for innovation and technology, none is happening in that school. I took a transfer letter and only to find discrepancies in the transfer letter and the school reports received mid year. Upon inquiry, the wife called me to explain that they were not using SA-SAMS to grade the marks of learners and I asked to have the explanation in writing so that I can take it to her new school, she requested the email of the new school. That’s invading privacy and why are they not providing to me as a parent. What proof do I have that they will submit to the new school? Imagine a school where you request a transfer letter they have to beg you not to take it because all they care is money. Since their calendar is not aligned with the government school calendar, I asked how will they align their 2026 calendar with GDE, the teacher said my kid can write early than other kids. lol I mean how on earth would that happen? I asked if learners write school exam late, when do they get the time to mark and submit their schedule, I got no reply. In June my kid had to miss lessons for a week because her transport was not available due to their inconsistencies with their school calendar. The school reports are received two weeks after the school has reopened. No parent school meeting because they are scared we will raise this issue. My concern is that if a grade 11 leaner can write an exam by December not aligned with the Department of education examination dates, meaning the leaner can access the exam questions from other schools before they write. Who approves this, why is everything not aligned with the government systems? The school admit leaners by term 3 who chased from other schools. They care about quantity rather than quality.
I brought a couch in less than two month it makes sound. I thought it’s the legs not *****ed but noo it’s internal. The couch is soo beautiful outside but the moment you sit on it, it start making noise. I was in denial because I thought they have great quality.
Don't even bother using one cart, ****** ****s. they either give you a wrong order. or claims that you have a coupon for several times. In most of my orders, there was either a problem or the wrong item.
My shower door and my tap were broken, I reported the issue to Respect and Vukile. It was fixed the same day. I am so happy with their services and how they resolve my issues. They do quality work.
I have been staying in Kent on Clark apartment in Randburg for 5 months. I have no complaints hitherto. Please give it up to Vukile and Respect, they attend to our queries very fast with smile. They even go extra mile to accommodate us. They will always greet us every time we bumped to them. We are happy to have them. I’m a happy tenant. Everything is perfect.
I wouldn’t recommend Letaba WiFi to anyone. They even delayed to come and install the WiFi. Our WiFi was installed in January 2024. After having to follow up thousands times. The WiFi only worked for a month then after it is extremely slowly, you can’t even search a single thing on google. It takes forever to load. They can’t find the router on their systems, this one time we had to take router to one of their branches. Every time I raise this issue they tell me about the tower. And also they say they charge R5 per kilo per to come and look at the problem. I strongly believe that the WiFi was installed wrongly so that they get more money out of this. I don’t even know what we are paying for because on top of that we have to buy data. I’m extremely disappointed with this service. The whole year I have been complaining.
They are the worst people ever don’t stay in a property own by these people. Run for your life. When it’s time for accountability they are no where to be found. We moved out from their premises and they did an inspection. We submitted the documents for our deposits refunds. It is now three months later with no refunds. You will send thousands of emails with no responses especially the person who is supposed to process our refund Nicolene van Buuren, worst person ever. Where is our refund? Why is it taking long? Also when we were staying in their building they don’t fix anything you will report for maintenance and they don’t come. I’m now very ****ed with their extremely poor services.
