Deteriorating line speeds, dropped network
Based in Musina, LP and this WiFi service provider hasn’t been the best of late. Been deteriorating but this past week has hit rock bottom. Speedtests of less than upload 9mbps and download 0.11mbps? There’s no way this is acceptable?

Very poor network and customer service!!!
We have been experiencing a very poor network lately, a technician came he was paid the network worked perfect for few days now it's back to being on and off every 5 minutes, I am currently chatting to one consultant who is very rude who is just assuming that my devices are far from their devices, I asked since when bcz everything is in the same room then the response was that everything seems to be working fine on our side and that's it they no longer willing to assist me??? I guess I need to start shopping around as I am not needed as a customer.

Poor connection systems
I wouldn’t recommend Letaba WiFi to anyone. They even delayed to come and install the WiFi. Our WiFi was installed in January 2024. After having to follow up thousands times. The WiFi only worked for a month then after it is extremely slowly, you can’t even search a single thing on google. It takes forever to load. They can’t find the router on their systems, this one time we had to take router to one of their branches. Every time I raise this issue they tell me about the tower. And also they say they charge R5 per kilo per to come and look at the problem. I strongly believe that the WiFi was installed wrongly so that they get more money out of this. I don’t even know what we are paying for because on top of that we have to buy data. I’m extremely disappointed with this service. The whole year I have been complaining.

Letaba Wireless Network VERY VERY BAD SERVICE.
The internet service provider Letaba is not good. We have been struggling with Wifi since 2022 when they installed the system. After 2 years of struggling we asked then to move over to Sky Fibre which they did. Now we have Uninterrupted network issues. The system is more off then on. Buffering the whole time. We cab not even send a whatsapp message. But we pay everytime on time with a debit order. How can someone pay for something that does not work. This is ridiculous

Take it or leave it attitude ...
This service has never been Good, but useable and when not you could WhatsApp and get some help, but now that has ceased as well. You can use their service if you are satisfied with taking what you get and knowing that there will NEVER be any technical support of any kind. Myself, I am investigating other options...

After serveral attempts t9 get them to adress my 50 Mb line speed and give me the service i am paying for on a monthky basis they still cannot assist me or keep telling me they will adress the issue I have now been complaining to them for more than 1 month and they are not doing anything to assist me

These people take your speed and split it into 2 to give you a unstable **** conection..they used to reply fast on WhatsApp now that's itsgetng bad. They not communicating. Their infrastructure doest support their client network and they dont upgrade it it just seems quick fix. But we pay every month debit order without fail. Really upsetting. It's years on end they like this.
