Poor connection systems

I wouldn’t recommend Letaba WiFi to anyone. They even delayed to come and install the WiFi. Our WiFi was installed in January 2024. After having to follow up thousands times.

The WiFi only worked for a month then after it is extremely slowly, you can’t even search a single thing on google. It takes forever to load. They can’t find the router on their systems, this one time we had to take router to one of their branches. Every time I raise this issue they tell me about the tower. And also they say they charge R5 per kilo per to come and look at the problem. I strongly believe that the WiFi was installed wrongly so that they get more money out of this. I don’t even know what we are paying for because on top of that we have to buy data. I’m extremely disappointed with this service. The whole year I have been complaining.
