We have been experiencing a very poor network lately, a technician came he was paid the network worked perfect for few days now it's back to being on and off every 5 minutes, I am currently chatting to one consultant who is very rude who is just assuming that my devices are far from their devices, I asked since when bcz everything is in the same room then the response was that everything seems to be working fine on our side and that's it they no longer willing to assist me??? I guess I need to start shopping around as I am not needed as a customer.
Worst medical aid ever in South Africa. We have been calling from Friday to get an authorisation to go see a specialist and every day we are been told our request has been sent to clinical consultant and today it's Wednesday. We call everyday to hold for more than 30min and when then answer you are being told about escalation seriously? You request to speak to a supervisor and everyday you are being told they are in a meeting, you can call 5 times to get told that they are in a meeting? Today one consultant put us on hold and mistakenly unmuted us and we could just hear them laughing then hang up the phone!!! With my husband's case just know you will be dealing with Ombudsman!!!
It’s been months now requesting that my Netflix be cancelled which it’s not being done. I am paying something that I am not using and I had never requested this to be active. I have spoken to a several call centre supervisors and also went in to the agency and I was told the matter is being escalated to your service desk till today nothing is done!!!!!
I have been receiving calls daily on my personal phone from your consultants that want to speak to someone that I do not know and each and every time I explain that and I had also requested that they remove my number from the system as I don’t know who they need but no your consultants will become rude and say whatever they want and hang up the phone, one had the nerve to tell me that haa haa I know you are that person. I AM GOING TO REPORT YOU WITH CPA AND I HAVE BEEN RECORDING ALL THE CONVERSATIONS. Just today I received a call again from Qobisa who was very rude to me and I had made her aware that I’m recording everything for CPA she then hanged up I then called back with my airtime to have this mess fixed I spoke to Sameera who also just transferred my call so it can end up being hanged up, I was denied to speak to someone senior. I am taking this up as I have been harassed and you guys think I know nothing about the law, all calls will be sent to be listed to.
