Be careful of these people.
Had to send an inverter back which blew under warranty, they claimed I tampered with the unit as the warranty sticker was broken. They refused repairs under warranty and quoted me for repairs. When I started demanding detailed photos and written reports on exactly how the unit was damaged, they opted to replace the unit for a new one for the same quoted repair price because now all of a sudden they could not update the software on the old unit. They did not give me back the blown inverter and not a single photo or report on the old unit. I now have to fight across 350 kilometers to get my property back. NOW.......I GET THE NEW INVERTER WITH THE WARRANTY STICKER ALREADY BROKEN AND THEY ALSO CLAIM I DID IT!!! Be careful of these people.

You will NOT get the speed you pay for month after month and sometime there will be NO internet for up to a week YET they will refuse to credit you back for their eskom services.
