Good day guys I have to voice my concerns. I have been a client of budget insurance and Ive only claimed once. That being said over this December the heavy storms that wrenched through Limpopo province and especially close to where my house is in phalaborwa had made slight damages to my house. That being said the damages I wanted to repair was 2 sheets of zinc roof,roof resealing materials paint for the places that got damaged when a few leakes started happening. The evaluation process then happens but telephonically before this they ask me to quote roughly what is damaged and what the pricing to repair would be. Says pass and they promise to call me. And as this is happening I'm following the claim status in my budget insurance website. Budget insurance then sends a company out to Evaluate the damages after the storms has passed and then concluded that I didn't or don't maintain my property. They cancel my claim and they never even once phone me from when I lodged the claim until it was finalised this week only. Mind you I placed the claim weeks ago. I am so upset because they penalised me ,removed my cash back and placed it 2 years from now while it was going to be this year if I didn't claim. So now I have to paint inside,fix my 2 sheets of roofing and paint it qnd paint inside wall paint damaged by myself. I requested that they call me when I called in myself to finalise my claim and still to today No1 has called me. Even when they went to do the evaluation and was waiting for the storm to pass they didn't call me. Please explain someone why we have home insurance the company knows the type of property the age and volatility of area where the house is situated but yet we can't even claim to fix 2 roof sheets,paint and plugs.
Yoh these drivers stopped at 2:15pm then the next stop was 9pm and the food services are closed we had to get pastries. Now we're driving for an hour or so and the roof vent is open and it's raining. One driver went to sleep and the other is non responsive to the complaint. Is it really 2025 or are we going back to the 40s?
Good day. Another review on the same story. After getting advised to take the upgraded package . The company did in fact reimburse my Mom with the premium of the old package. Yet after paying for 2 months payment date now Webafrica has now suddenly changed he pay date by force to the beginning of each month, ultimately turning off our interest.The technical agent then said the beginning of each month will joe be the payment date yet the payment link does not want to go through and neither does the easy pay link nor a new payment link. How do we pay the internet now and how can the company change the payment date to the beginning of each month yet the new internet package was activated after the 15th and paid for running into the 3rd month. Daylight *******.. yet we trying to accept and pay cause we need our internet. Very disappointing
Webafrica is a very unreliable service for internet. Not only did they not do the upgrade I have requested but they canceled our internet completely. After trying to get gold of the. To fix it. Hey just put in our old package. Now the internet is off again. Their WhatsApp service doesn't accept the selections made at times and their call center advises you back to WhatsApp chat. Please never use this service for it seems their clients are much more than their infrastructure can handle. My interest is still off right now with no reason.
These people take your speed and split it into 2 to give you a unstable **** conection..they used to reply fast on WhatsApp now that's itsgetng bad. They not communicating. Their infrastructure doest support their client network and they dont upgrade it it just seems quick fix. But we pay every month debit order without fail. Really upsetting. It's years on end they like this.
I have an existing home loan and want to apply for break in payment for January as I'm struggling. They keep wasting my airtime forwarding me to home loan collections where nobody answers . I'm so angry I don't know what is this service for. I'm tried in app as said in their introduction of call centre. But self service is offline always.
The channel 203 has had issues since the morning. As it's premier league.... And now the prem channel is blank and their support whatsapp team doesn't answer. But they call and harasse me and others on decoder age expiry... Offering a new one on installment. Why is everything of a service nature this bad. Even though every month without fail I've been paying for maybe 7years.🇿🇦
After emergency call Out was provided... By initiating a complaint on here. Outsurance added a plumbing company to their roster from phalaborwa where I am,and they came and did a free emergency call out. Not long after my policy premium went up and they harassed me after I stated such. That I wasn't happy it went up each time.... calling while I'm working. But I didn't answer and emailed the agent and said I don't want to hear what they have to explain cause they already raised my policy amount each time and sent the reason I emails.... I claimed though I paid excess. So now they've sent me an email and sms stating a cancelled facility. Wow... In my 1st home insurance policy
Outsurance covers my home in phalaborwa limpopo... But they have not tenders in their pay roll this side to provide emergency service that they are offering... So you have a bases for making money off clients. But your infrustructure doest allow you to provide the service unprofessional and unhelpful. I may cancel my service with them soon. Not recommended I made a claim or quite for gate and roof same time a few years ago. They sepertated the claims and made me a serial claimer. I only claimed for one incident. But they made one a quote. And 2 claims out of that 1 incident.,
These peope started out so good in my area. Phalaborwa and all of a sudden when I switched from ski Fibre to Tru Fibre I have been having my internet go off at anytime while I'm busy with important things. I listened to their advice and swapped what I paid for... Out to get this true fibre and they even put theor pole up in my yard. Since then the infrustructure is always gone and only after you call them do you get a system down or problem in an sms and or WhatsApp.... Terrible service the last 3 years. Can't imagine recommending them anymore.
