Beware of doing an application with doscovery health as the can take a premuim from your account without your approval ,and when queried you be shown from pilar to post without help and then word like should have been told ,should have explained clearly it did not happen but they can cancell any application with in 5 min no issue Clearly this is more conserning as i will probebly have to wait 30 days before getting a refund as well Everyone please be aware when trying to deal with Discovery Health ,male sure you ask several questions again and again and keep the reponses for later
*****ulant migrations and now i am paying more and penalties
After serveral attempts t9 get them to adress my 50 Mb line speed and give me the service i am paying for on a monthky basis they still cannot assist me or keep telling me they will adress the issue I have now been complaining to them for more than 1 month and they are not doing anything to assist me
I am being harrased fir a inter issue at cartrack and after being harrased at 7 am in the mornings abiut R 169 oustanding,and trying to reach them ,it was confirmed its a diuble debit issue on their side the still continue to harras me ajd wanting payment ,my account is up to date but it continuous
I was informed about a 1 gig home wifi router and line and when received it was a 10 mbps line and it was returend in Dec 2022 or Jane 2023 Yet i am still being billed monthly R 249.01 even after 8 or 9 attemps to get this off my account I am now at a point to report this to obutsman as i am payi g for somethins i do not have and vodacom has confirmed the return with in 7 days ,but i am still being deducted and paying Vodacom now owe me 15 months od R 249.01 and i am not getting any assistance to settle the matter
Very helpfull and liaten to my request and assisted promtly
Cancelles contract and still deducted my monies and when i ask no one want to help me
