<p>Clearwater Branch staff incorrectly documented my mother's details for a Lay-By agreement. She goes to pay for the shoes, and gets told that the agreement has expired and will not get her deposit back. They then told her that sms's were sent to her, reminding her of the agreement. <br /><br />The head office, instead of speaking to the sales consultant, says that she is indeed liable for the penalty. <br />It was never her fault!</p>
