Arrogant, no loyalty, bad customer service!

I was in the process of purchasing a car from this company, dealing with the daughter, Siobhan which was very pleasant. My finance had been sorted and told them I was taking the vehicle. I called that afternoon to firm all the details up and they told me the car had been sold for cash.

The daughter said that it was her dad, Johann's decision so I decided to call him. He was rude, arrogant and outright full of himself on the phone. His response to me was that somebody walked into the showroom and offered to pay cash for the car so he took it. I asked what kind of business he ran and that he had no loyalty for his clients. HIs response was, if a cash offer comes along I will take it. Never mind the fact that you have told the existing client (myself) that they can have the car. Terrible service, no loyalty and just not the way one does business!
