This dealership sold me an unroadworthy vehicle which was confirmed by an authorised Suzuki Repair Centre. This voided my warranty with Suzuki or the ability to get an extension. My insurence company will not offer me comprehensive cover. The dealership and owner processed the delivery reciept before I received the vehicle to discover this and accessed the instalment facility and payout for the vehicle. This has been almost half a year of trying to hold him accountable. This dealership from my experience can not be trusted and operates unethically with questionable conduct.

My husband and I were interested in a car there. We decided to go past one Saturday to have a look at it. We were ignored when we arrived, when we expressed interest in the car they attended to my husband without speaking to him. They ignored me. They allowed us to sit in it begrudgingly and we were not allowed to take it for a test drive. We left without any information on the car. When we expressed our disgust at their service to the dealership principal she wasn’t all that concerned. She also vaguely told us about some issue for which the car had been taken off it’s motor plan and again was not too interested when we told her that that was concerning to us. Seemed like the business is either a front for something or they couldn’t be bothered to provide a good service. I would avoid.

I was in the process of purchasing a car from this company, dealing with the daughter, Siobhan which was very pleasant. My finance had been sorted and told them I was taking the vehicle. I called that afternoon to firm all the details up and they told me the car had been sold for cash. The daughter said that it was her dad, Johann's decision so I decided to call him. He was rude, arrogant and outright full of himself on the phone. His response to me was that somebody walked into the showroom and offered to pay cash for the car so he took it. I asked what kind of business he ran and that he had no loyalty for his clients. HIs response was, if a cash offer comes along I will take it. Never mind the fact that you have told the existing client (myself) that they can have the car. Terrible service, no loyalty and just not the way one does business!

<p>Don't think they'll take out money to get the parts you need. They'll let you wait around (5 months and counting), while looking for a part they can't find...even though they know it has inpact on your insurance.</p>
