FRAUDULENT MATTRESS PRODUCT SALE

I bought a Cloud Nine Grande King Size Extra length Mattress from CLASSIC BEDS in Oakdene Johannesburg, The Glen Oakdene Branch @ R17.050.00 on the 2 August 2018. This had a lifetime guarantee.

So My mattress is sagging badly and I went to report. They referred me to the Cloud Nine manufacturer who told me that CLASSIC BED gave me a lesser product to which I paid for, which is true. CLASSIC BEDS conceded they gave me a wrong product but they are saying they gave me a higher level product which untruth because that is not the product which I paid for.

They said they’ll buy me another mattress I don’t trust them anymore. I wang my money
