I found this company on the internet to give me Gas compliance certificate. I sent them a WhatsApp at 17:30 on Friday 22/4 and they promised to do the job on Monday the 25/5/2022. They arrived the 25/4.2022 in the morning and checked the gas stove and connections and the cylinders. In 45 minutes I had an electronic generated certificate which I need for the transfer of my house. I got them after Gas Solutions promised me they were coming on the 2-/4/2022 @13:00 then they moved it to 15:00 then to 17:00 and then they never came. All the time I was checking them and they would promised to call, but they never did. That’s when I went looking on the internet and found Bracken Gas company who were very reliable and professional.
I bought a Cloud Nine Grande King Size Extra length Mattress from CLASSIC BEDS in Oakdene Johannesburg, The Glen Oakdene Branch @ R17.050.00 on the 2 August 2018. This had a lifetime guarantee. So My mattress is sagging badly and I went to report. They referred me to the Cloud Nine manufacturer who told me that CLASSIC BED gave me a lesser product to which I paid for, which is true. CLASSIC BEDS conceded they gave me a wrong product but they are saying they gave me a higher level product which untruth because that is not the product which I paid for. They said they’ll buy me another mattress I don’t trust them anymore. I wang my money
Cloud Nine sold me a R17050 mattress in August 2018. It has a life time guarantee. My mattress is sagging badly giving me a backache. I told them in September and they sent an inspector 3 weeks later who came to do measurements of the bed, and my weight, Christian Pelser. He said they’ll give me feedback of that week, this is the fourth week with no feedback. They must come give me the lifetime quality mattress that I bought and refund my money. To date they haven’t done anything.
These guys sold me a mattress last year in August and it’s a life time warranty for R17050. The mattress has sagged so bad and I reported it to the shop where I bought it in September this year. The shop owner reported to the manufacturer who took 3 weeks to send their inspector and I am now on another 3 weeks without any feedback. I went to the shop where I bought it and the owner gave the number of the manufacturer and I called them and Leonie apologized. I’m an thoroughly unhappy and I still have a receipt. This beds condition now hurts my back & besides it’s tooo expensive to be such a substandard quality
