I bought a haval Jolion and have had endless concerns and problems I have been trying since time I purchased the car ti get hold of dealer principal and at no luck I feel that they were stalling g me so that the cooling down period could pass so I dont return the car all they do is promiss me and dont get ti fulfill their promises I so hate a haval now as it was my first time and feels so bad that I purchased this car the dealer principal is so un professional as it is now almost end February 2026 and he still has not contacted me as I have been there several times to make and appointment but all they do is promiss but dont deliver the car has two different coulour paints and had many more issues

Bought a car in 2025, thereafter Joel the sales guy stopped taking my calls. Didn't receive my natis documents and was fined for an expired disc which was misplaced at the dealership. Eventually got my license disc but still playing hard to get with me as he needs to pay for the fine that was caused by the poor after sales support. Car was taken for a 15k service at Boksburg - Their system was down therefore there is no record of my 15k service on the system only a stamp in my service book. Fast forward I got a gearbox warning light while driving and the car started to rev high on the Friday, car was towed to Jetour Northcliffe, I have to follow up for updates, no courtesy and being referred to Jetour Alberton to request a courtesy car, they are still playing hide and seek. Tried to call the customer service department to log a complaint...they directed me to an email as they don't have time to be listening to my problems with Jetour. What an unpleasant experience this has been. Took my chances with the brand but I now regret it!!!

Both my Wife and myself would like to commend Jetour Alberton for their outstanding service, and especially Regan, the sales executive, and Corne the F&I for an exceptional experience. Regan was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive throughout the entire process. The service was seamless, transparent, and exceeded our expectations. Poor service from a dealership that claims to be “#1.” I app**** online for a used vehicle and was initially told it was already sold. Shortly after, a sales representative called me and said the vehicle was available. I submitted all requested documents, was told I had bank approval, and waited for bank validation. When I finally asked to visit the dealership to inspect and test drive the vehicle, I was then told again that it had been sold — allegedly even before I app****. I then received a call from a manager, apologizing and reassured me they will look for a same / alternative vehicle. But never happened. This process wasted three days of my time and shows a serious lack of communication and transparency. I don’t understand the reasoning behind this kind of bait-and-switch behavior, but it is unprofessional and unacceptable. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.

Regan and the entire team were very professional and attentive throughout the entire purchasing process, which was also notably quick.
