Bought a car in 2025, thereafter Joel the sales guy stopped taking my calls. Didn't receive my natis documents and was fined for an expired disc which was misplaced at the dealership. Eventually got my license disc but still playing hard to get with me as he needs to pay for the fine that was caused by the poor after sales support. Car was taken for a 15k service at Boksburg - Their system was down therefore there is no record of my 15k service on the system only a stamp in my service book. Fast forward I got a gearbox warning light while driving and the car started to rev high on the Friday, car was towed to Jetour Northcliffe, I have to follow up for updates, no courtesy and being referred to Jetour Alberton to request a courtesy car, they are still playing hide and seek. Tried to call the customer service department to log a complaint...they directed me to an email as they don't have time to be listening to my problems with Jetour. What an unpleasant experience this has been. Took my chances with the brand but I now regret it!!!
Leroy Merlon Boksburg does not know what customer service. I should have read the reviews here before wasting my time and money with the arrogant management from this. Waited the whole for window frames....still waiting after numerous calls and escalations. Was told I can pay for my goods and the interior material will be delivered once I'm ready to use it for obvious reasons. The manager Cindy calls and tells me that their are not a storage warehouse, in the meantime my building project has come to a halt due to non delivery by YOUR STORE, you should've told me when I paid for my material upfront, YOU ARROGANT AND USELESS STORE! You are not doing me a favour, I paid for the goods and expect delivery.
Poor service and arrogant consultants who fail to listen to understand. They are all a bunch of robots following script and providing generic answers even when it's not required. They changed my account details for no apparent reason and didn't apologise for their error. Now I'm being told that my warranty has expired after I requested a renewal 4 months ago. Good luck with getting through to them for services related matters as their line gets cut off but easy to locate the sales team.
