Bait-and-switch behavior

Poor service from a dealership that claims to be “#1.” I app**** online for a used vehicle and was initially told it was already sold. Shortly after, a sales representative called me and said the vehicle was available.

I submitted all requested documents, was told I had bank approval, and waited for bank validation. When I finally asked to visit the dealership to inspect and test drive the vehicle, I was then told again that it had been sold — allegedly even before I app****.

I then received a call from a manager, apologizing and reassured me they will look for a same / alternative vehicle. But never happened.

This process wasted three days of my time and shows a serious lack of communication and transparency. I don’t understand the reasoning behind this kind of bait-and-switch behavior, but it is unprofessional and unacceptable. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.
