I have requested for a courtesy car since we are in the festive period and without a car, it is difficult to get around. The dealership informed me Friday that they do not have any at the moment. Monday, I was told they have one coming back but I received no feedback from them. They just do not care about their customers.
Why is the customer the one having to suffer? How much longer will I not have a vehicle? Am i expected to sit at home or Uber over the festive period, which will come at an additional cost over and above having to pay an instalment for a faulty vehicle that I cannot use with the family.
This is really pathetic and some of the worst customer service I have received.
