Bought a car in 2025, thereafter Joel the sales guy stopped taking my calls. Didn't receive my natis documents and was fined for an expired disc which was misplaced at the dealership. Eventually got my license disc but still playing hard to get with me as he needs to pay for the fine that was caused by the poor after sales support. Car was taken for a 15k service at Boksburg - Their system was down therefore there is no record of my 15k service on the system only a stamp in my service book. Fast forward I got a gearbox warning light while driving and the car started to rev high on the Friday, car was towed to Jetour Northcliffe, I have to follow up for updates, no courtesy and being referred to Jetour Alberton to request a courtesy car, they are still playing hide and seek. Tried to call the customer service department to log a complaint...they directed me to an email as they don't have time to be listening to my problems with Jetour. What an unpleasant experience this has been. Took my chances with the brand but I now regret it!!!
