I bought a cloud nine bed month end December 2025 at Bradlows and January I started hearing sound when I get on and off from the bed. I lodged a complain at the store and they said I must send pictures and a video of the sound the bed makes and they didn’t respond I then lodged a complain online and they were quick to respond and they escalated the master to the manufacturer. And now the manufacturer asked where the bed noice comes from and I told them from the mattress and they said no it comes from the base. So the manufacturer said they will send correspondence to the store I bought the bed for a base exchange. Now I no longer feel comfortable with the bed for an exchange because of the experience I went through and I told the manufacturer that I want a refund for another brand in the store. Please assis wtith a refund.

Very Very poor service from a so called reputable Bed maker but cloud nine is only the name.. The mattress has starting sagging 2 weeks since new I have tried to get this fix since November last year. After writing a review no one even have the decency to contact me or anything. Please don not purchase any of cloud nine bed you will be sorry.

I bought a Bed Sleeper Beds (cloud nine) end of July it stood unused for 1 month we where busy painting when we started using it in August 2 weeks into August the bed started sagging on both side where we sleep. So you laying in a ditch. We complained and CLOUD NINE BEDS came to fetch the the bed in 20th of October and brought a new bed. 2 weeks into November the new bed did the same. They then said we can have a upgrade for the inconveniences but 2 weeks later they emailed Sleeper Beds and said the upgrade I need to pay the difference in. After 2 months of uncomfortable sleeping. I will not recommend no one to buy a cloud nine products.

I purchased a 91cm bed from sleep king in June this year. The mattress of the bed is already giving me problems as if there's springs in the mattress, which are popping out and continous squeaking. I did lodge a complaint on the 19th of October but received zero feedback.

I bought a single bed set from SleepKing. It was a cloud nine strand mattress. I bought the bed on the 20th of July 2025 for my daughter. She only used the bed recently about 2 weeks and the centre of the mattress is sinking. I have complained on the 18th October 2025 to the store where I purchase the bed. I also went online and made a complaint with cloudnine. I have not received any response yet from Cloud nine.

Warning ⚠️ Help me make this Post Public. 5 years old bed, they voided my 20 years warranty. Never buy a @cloudnine Cloud Nine mattress. The Mattress Warehouse Honestly, this whole situation is just absurd. We’re talking about a mattress, not a museum piece. People are human, coffee exists, and a tiny spill shouldn’t turn a warranty into a joke. Yet here we are: this company is acting like a couple of coffee drops are some kind of catastrophic event. It’s absolutely wild and honestly just bad business. So if you’re looking for a mattress company that thinks a little coffee stain is the end of the world, congratulations, you’ve found them. For everyone else, maybe pick a company that lives in reality.

I bought a Cloud Nine bed in the Hirsch's Ballito store on the 23rd November 2024 and the base broke 5 months later after I bought it. I have gone to the Hirsch's Ballito store to report this and asked them to log a service call last week and I was told that someone will be in touch so that they can come and check it out and nothing has happened to date. I also logged a call online on the website and no response. The lack of response and customer service is absolutely unacceptable because my warranty is still valid.
