I bought a cloud nine bed month end December 2025 at Bradlows and January I started hearing sound when I get on and off from the bed. I lodged a complain at the store and they said I must send pictures and a video of the sound the bed makes and they didn’t respond I then lodged a complain online and they were quick to respond and they escalated the master to the manufacturer. And now the manufacturer asked where the bed noice comes from and I told them from the mattress and they said no it comes from the base. So the manufacturer said they will send correspondence to the store I bought the bed for a base exchange. Now I no longer feel comfortable with the bed for an exchange because of the experience I went through and I told the manufacturer that I want a refund for another brand in the store. Please assis wtith a refund.
I lodged a complaint on hello Peter on 14/01/2025 and ever since them Rcs has been calling me to update on the reversal and today 19/01/2025 Rcs called and confirmed that the reversal has been successful. Thanx a lot Rcs for doing your job well.
I made a purchase online at game with my Rcs/game card on the 08/12/2025 and when I logged into my game store app on the 26th of December I found that they billed the purchase for the 08/12/2025 again on the 11/12/2026 and ever since then I have been calling them from the 26/12/2025 Andy they put me from post to pillar and now added other purchases on my account on the 05/01/2026. The last time I make a purchase was on the 11/12/2026 at pick and pay before they added the double purchase. Please assist me to get the items reversed. They also requested a statement for my purchase at game on the 08/12/2025 at game and I sent it.

I bought a Logic Air cooler on the 27th of November 2024 during black friday special and only opened it on the 29th of December 2024. Today 1st of January 2025 I went back to the store to exchange it as I was not happy about the way it operates . At the store I was told that I cannot exchange it because it's long that I bought it, because I opened it. And that they don't exchange because it's still working well. I told them that the only way I could see if it's working was to open it and test it and after testing it I realized that it requires a lot of ice and it sometimes stops and they told me that even an air-conditioner stops. So I told them that that If I was told at the store before buying it how it works I would not have bought it and they told me that they are sorry but they cannot exchange or refund. After testing it i put it back in its package and had the proof of payment/slip. Please assist me.
I sent them an email on 18 November 2023 and I told them I want to cancel my policy which I joined on the 15 November 2023. Their response was that "We have received your cancellation request and are saddened to hear you want to cancel. One of our friendly agents will be in contact with you within 5 business days to discuss how we can fix things and the importance of keeping your insurance cover with Oneplan." And when I called them on 20 November 2023 the consultant gold me that I must wait for them to respond to my email as she cannot cancel it. I was to ****ed and I told her that I'm happy that I want to cancel because it is clear that even in the future was going to have a problem with them like the cancelation one.
I bought some goods on Snatcher for the amount of R570 Online on the 28 January 2023. I slso received an email for proof of payment. On 30 January I emailed Snatcher to check how long it will take for them to send my goods and they said I must give them my order number and when I log into the account it doesn't have an order no. Then i asked them to refund and they asked for a proof of banking letter and I sent them. Since then when I ask them about my refund they don't respond. It's been almost a month now. Please assist me to get my goods or refund. I also sent them my proof of payment.
I went to Bradlows store in Phalaborwa to cancel a laybye i had due to financial challenge. I asked them how long it would take for me to get my refund and they told me that they don't know but its going to be more than a month. They took my bank statement and ID and they said when they are done i will just see monry in the bank. Please assist me as i need the refund as soon as possible.
I went to do a refund on shoes i bought at sportscene at savannah mall in polokwane and was told that it was not possible as i did not have proof of payment but had a box with the shops name on it and that they do not sell the type of shoes i had anymore and told me to go to another branch where they still have the shoes for the exchange or refund.
