Purchased some items online and canceled order before it could get shipped as the delivery date was too long for me. I requested a refund but they did not refund my actual bank account. I've tried contacting them but zero response. It's over a week now.
I joined Virgin Active Bluff in October 2025 through a consultant, Nooroniesa Brown. Unfortunately, my experience with her service has been extremely disappointing. She was very persistent in securing the sale from my colleagues and me, but once the contract was finalized, she has not responded to our queries or provided any support thereafter. I have now received an email indicating an increase in my monthly premium. This was never communicated to me at the time of signing. My contract clearly states a 2-year term at R504 per month, reflecting the agreed-upon 20% discount. I expect the terms of my contract to be honoured as agreed, and I will not be paying any amount above the contracted R504. Please rectify this matter urgently and confirm in writing that my premium will remain at the agreed rate.
I purchased a 91cm bed from sleep king in June this year. The mattress of the bed is already giving me problems as if there's springs in the mattress, which are popping out and continous squeaking. I did lodge a complaint on the 19th of October but received zero feedback.

They are sending me continous emails on an MTN account I have no idea about. My MTN account has been settled a long time ago with a settlement.
I paid a deposit on the 21st of August 2025 for birthday board for 27th of September 2025. I requested a refund on the 9th of September as I'm no longer going to the restaurant and I haven't received any feedback.
I've purchased some items from shein on the 29th of June 2025. The transportation company is FedEx. They sent me a request today to pay for my customs which is R399.50. I paid and got the proof that paid was done which i emailed to them. They are still sending me emails requesting payment.
I submitted my application for my withdrawal as I resigned from my company. I submitted this on the 16th of May 2025. I did a follow up today morning and the lady responds "a page is missing". Weeks later and now they say a page is missing.

All my accounts have been closed and cleared. My current accounts are up to date however, transunion is making it impossible for me to move forward as they haven't removed the bad rating from my profile.
