This store is a disgrace to the phoenix central district. "Mosh" is an arrogantly rude woman and so is her stuff Serisha. We purchased 2 sets of bunk beds, one single and 1 tri and Serisha told us that it was high density foam mattress and R900 each x 3. We received delivery on a Tuesday by Saturday the mattresses where all sinking. When I called Serisha she just kept quiet on the phone then hung up the call. Then Mosh answer and told me that even if it fails in 2 hours there is nothing they can do. Cos there is no guarantee. So we work to give Sleep King our money and get **** to. We buy products from them under false pretenses. After testing the foam on the mattress we quickly realized that this was low density mattress and not the 30 bar rating that warrants it to be sold as high density. My child sleep on new mattress that can affect their spine and body development. What kind of people are u? These are a bunch of ******* and lies. These woman are a disgrace. All the money in the world can't buy you dignity and integrity. Really missed off. This is the consumers protection act: In terms of section 56 of the CPA a consumer has six months in which they can return goods and elect, to repair, replace or to get a refund. The six month period in which the consumer could have returned the item has since lapsed.

I purchased a mattress set from the Phoenix branch in 2020 .was told at the time of the sale that the bed comes with a 10 year warranty.i recently had a problem with the mattress to whee the base collapsed so I claim for replacement of the mattress only to be told that the bed had one year guarantee and in order to claim back from the 9 years warranty .I have to pay a further R699 to be provided the 9 year warranty.which I feel is poor customer service and mis.sold at the time .I have called and spoke to the store person only to be told that they always tell customers that the bed has one year guarantee and not ten years warranty .I feel that this service is appalling and I should be replaced with a new mattress with no payment required

Bought a brand new bed ,bed is sinking at the centre followed all their requests for an exchange ,say it takes 2 weeks been 1 month now and no phone call no answer when bed will be replaced etc …. Staff have a don’t care attitude like it’s not their problem the bed is sinking I am willing to exchange and pay the difference to get a better quality bed ….. Still waiting and suffering on this sinking bed…. This must be published all over social media to get some attention…

Bought a brand new bed ,bed is sinking at the centre followed all their requests for an exchange ,say it takes 2 weeks been 1 month now and no phone call no answer when bed will be replaced etc …. Staff have a don’t care attitude like it’s not their problem the bed is sinking I am willing to exchange and pay the difference to get a better quality bed ….. I bought a bed in february whuch had a year guarentee end of feb the bed sunk in the centre.thereafter it was given back to the factory and a new bed was given of the same make beginning of march and middle of april same situation then i was asked to upgrade my bed to a 8000 or 9000 bed where the hell should i get that money from? The consultant at the store was extremely rude and says that for r2500 that is the type of bed we get but not realising we paid money they never gave us the bed for free. Today my husband tried opening the bed to see what is wrong and god that make is pathetic wood used there is worse than fire wood and not even worth using it is not strong and looks as small as branches

Just want to thank the Sleep King team for their professional service and for the guys that delivered my bed yesterday, can fully recommend them the shop is neat and tidy, staff are friendly and helpful and their prices are VERY reasonable.
