POOR WORKMANSHIP

Bought a bed made by them at Sleepmasters Watergate with 10 year warranty. Two months in bed curved in like a boat. Lodged a complaint. Despite giving them proof in pictures the issue has not been resolved. Give me my bed or my money back.

PAYOUT NIGHTMARE

So I have been with yoco for 48months. Of late all my payments done with them are not being credited to my business account. Tried reaching out to them with no success only robots are manning their system. Please Yoco give me my money before I shift to another merchant. Very annoyed

Stop PayPal

Some one paid me using PayPal i have been battling to withdraw the money into my bank account as it says there is a hold on account, this despite being a verified customer. This is terrible Service. I contacted fnb and they say the hold was lifted but still I cannot withdraw the money.

Telkom Ripping me Off in broad daylight

My Virtual Landline has not been working since 03 March 2016 and I'm expected to pay a bill for not using the service. I have written to them and called them more than 20 times. I have been sent from pillar to post after this official response. What should I do????,?? Telkom I'm at Loss for Words

Hi I bought a virtual landline from telkom which was supposed to be fixed @ R320 X24 months for my new business. For about four months now the service is locked i can't use it despite my bill being up to date and no one seems to know how to unlock it. Is there anyone at telkom who can help I'm choking I have a website with this number and my client can't reach me. My branch says it's billing and they say it's techinical and they also say it's sales so I don't know what else to do.

Bill Escalating each Month

September 2015 I applied for a Virtual Landline that comes with a modem in December 2015 i finally got it to be active after numerous trips to my store and countless hours of queueing. My premiums are set at R405 per month for 24months and the service is also capped to my surprise my premiums have gone up to R1375. I called the billing section and they promised to investigate and come back to me but up to now there is no feed back and it's been 2months each time I call I hold for long periods with no real solution. Can anybody from Telkom please help.

Debiting My Account Twice

On the 15th of April 2016 your system debited my account twice. I called my branch as the 15th was on a Friday was told to call the call centre only on Monday. I tried calling and was being cut off before completing the calls and starting the verification processes each time. I spent an hour Tuesday 19 April 2016 and finally finished it but only to be told will get the my money back in 7 working days. There is no reference number just a promise from one Tembi. Very Annoyed by this.. ...
